Ex-d / Ex-t Temperatursensorer

Ex d - flammesikker koblingshus, for gas sone 1 eller 2
Ex t - støvbeskyttet.

  • ATEX og/eller IECEx sertifiserte sensorer, som består av utskiftbar PT100 eller Termocouple sensor element spesialtilpasset Ex-d utførelse (et standard element utførelse er ikke tilpasset for anvendelse med Ex-d applikasjon), med tilkoblingshode i Ex-d utførelse kan også temperaturtransmittere benyttes (type transmittere PR5331A, PR5335A, PR5337A, PR5350D, PR5331D, PR5335D, PR5337D eller PR5350B). Koblinhshodet er beskyttet mot støv (Ex t).
  • Målekretsen kan kables til sikkert område og til en standard enhet (ingen ATEX / IECEx krav).
  • Et Ex-d produkt vil bli levert med datablad inkludert: dimensjons tegning, maksimal temperatur refferanse, materialdata og tilkoblingsdata. Et datablad uten signatur er ikke et gyldig dokument. Et gyldig, signert dokument og en samsvarserklæring (Decleration of Conformety) vil bli levert sammen med godkjent sensor.

ATEX

  • SKS Group Oy har fått ATEX Quality Assurance Notification (VTT 02 ATEX Q001) som kreves i henhold til EU-direktiv 94/9 / EF. Dokumentet, som er utstedt av VTT Expert Services Ltd, gir rett til å produsere temperatursensorer av Ex-e og Ex-t type og å montere temperatursensorer i eksplosjonssikker kapsling, Ex-d. Nedenfor følger en kopi av kvalitet sertifikat.
  • Når sertifiserte sensortyper er trengs, vil vi montere sensorer merket Ex II 2 G Ex d IIC T5/T6 Gb, Ex II 2 D Ex tb IIIC T80/T95°C Db, ihht. produktsertifikat VTT 12 ATEX 055X Issue1. Nedenfor følger en kopi av produktsertifikat.

IECEx

  • The SKS Group's sensor manufacturing operations have been assessed in an IECEx Quality Assessment Report (FI/VTT/QAR14.0001/01) as required by the EN ISO/IEC 80079-34 standard. The auditing organization was VTT Expert Services Ltd. The report gives the right to manufacture Ex e, Ex t and Ex d type temperature sensors for use in explosive atmospheres and to apply for IECEx approval for them. Please find the IECEx QAR report below.
  • When IECEx product certified sensor types are needed, we will apply for authorization for the existing sensor types or produce new ones. IECEx product certificates are applied for on request.

VTT 02 ATEX Q 001 (pdf) (updated 24.1.2014) is a manufacturer's ATEX Quality Assurance Notification, which gives the right to manufacture temperature sensors of Ex e and Ex t type and to assemble temperature sensors of Ex d type explosion protection.

VTT 12 ATEX 055X Issue1 (pdf) (updated 11.8.2015) is a general ATEX product certificate for all RTD and TC temperature sensors with Ex d type connection head. Sensors may be equipped with a ceramic connection plate or with a transmitter installed in the connection head. The transmitter application is only certified with PR electronics A/S transmitters PR 5331 A, PR 5335 A, PR 5337 A, PR 5350 A, PR 5331 D, PR 5335 D, PR 5337 D and PR 5350 B. The ATEX certified, Ex d type SKS Sensors® temperature sensors are Ex II 2G / 2D -approved, and they can be applied in Ex zones 1, 2, 21 and 22. The ATEX marking of the products is: Ex II 2 G Ex d IIC T6/T5 Gb, Ex II 2 D Ex tb IIIC T80/T95°C Db.

FI/VTT/QAR14.0001/01 » (updated 28.8.2015) is a manufacturer's IECEx Quality Assessment Report, which gives the right to manufacture temperature sensors of Ex e, Ex t and Ex d type explosion protection and to apply for IECEx approval for them.
